PPANCT was organized to establish cooperative relationships among its
members for the purpose of developing efficient and effective purchasing
methods and practices in the field of public procurement, and to advance
the purchasing profession in the North Central Texas region. We are dedicated
to providing the avenues for growth in purchasing and materials management,
thereby enhancing the skills needed and ongoing education desired by the
public purchasing professional, today and in the future.
