Scholarships

PPANCT awards scholarships to PPANCT members in good standing who are working to advance their knowledge and expertise in the procurement industry. These scholarships help offset costs associated with professional development, certification, continuing education and industry conferences.

Mary Jo Sinclair Scholarship Program

The Mary Jo Sinclair Scholarship Program was established in 1989 under the leadership of PPANCT President Carlton Parker. It helps defray out-of-pocket costs for members who are pursuing purchasing certifications and advancing their professional development, and can be awarded at any time throughout the year.

Mary Jo Sinclair, C.P.M. was one of the founding members of PPANCT and served as its first president from 1986 to 1987. We are proud to continue the scholarship program in her memory.

2024 NPI Conference Scholarship

PPANCT is offering two $2,500 scholarships for the 2024 National Procurement Institute Conference held in Denver, CO from October 13 - 16, 2024. Interested members need to complete the application below and submit to the PPANCT Vice President, Mindy Smith before July 5, 2024. 

Please make sure that your agency has approved your application before submitting.
